I offer therapy for anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and identity exploration, serving Ventura County and clients across California via telehealth.

Services Offered

You may look like you have it together on the outside, but internally your mind doesn’t slow down. You replay conversations, second-guess yourself, and feel a constant undercurrent of tension or overwhelm. Anxiety can make even small decisions feel exhausting and leave you feeling disconnected from yourself.

In our work together, we don’t just try to “manage” anxiety—we get curious about it. We explore the parts of you that feel worried, over-responsible, or on edge, and begin to understand what they’re trying to protect. As those parts feel more supported, many clients notice a natural shift toward calm, clarity, and self-trust.

Anxiety Therapy

If you’ve experienced trauma—whether it was something clearly overwhelming or something more subtle and long-term—you may feel stuck in patterns that don’t fully make sense. You might find yourself reacting strongly, shutting down, or feeling disconnected from your body or emotions.

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to help you gently explore these patterns without judgment. Together, we get to know the different parts of you—like the part that tries to stay in control, the part that avoids, or the part that still carries pain from the past.

This work isn’t about pushing or reliving anything before you’re ready. It’s about creating enough safety and understanding so that healing can happen naturally, at your pace.

Trauma/IFS Therapy

Relationships can bring out some of our deepest longings—and our most painful patterns. You may notice yourself overgiving, withdrawing, overthinking, or feeling easily hurt or misunderstood. Even when you’re aware of these patterns, it can be hard to change them.

Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, a breakup, or a divorce, therapy can help you make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. We explore your attachment patterns, emotional responses, and the parts of you that show up in relationships so you can move toward more secure, authentic connections.

If you’re going through a separation or divorce, this can also be a space to process grief, identity shifts, and what comes next—without rushing the process.

Relationship & Divorce Support

Exploring your identity, relationships, and sense of self as an LGBTQ+ person can be deeply meaningful—and at times, complex. You may be navigating questions about who you are, how you want to live your life, or how to move through relationships and transitions that don’t always follow a clear path.

As someone who came to understand my own identity as a lesbian later in life, I bring both personal and professional understanding to this work. I have a deep respect for the nuance, grief, clarity, and growth that can come with this process.

You don’t have to explain or justify your experience here. Therapy is a space where you can explore who you are, at your own pace, and feel supported in becoming more fully yourself.

LGBTQ+ Affirming Care

I have studied and taught astrology and tarot for 16+ years.

For clients who feel connected to astrology or tarot, I offer the option to thoughtfully integrate these tools into therapy. Rather than predicting outcomes, we use them as reflective frameworks to better understand your internal world, patterns, and timing in your life.

Astrology and tarot can help bring language and meaning to what you’re already sensing—highlighting themes, emotional cycles, and parts of yourself that may be asking for attention. When used in a grounded, therapeutic way, they can deepen self-awareness and support insight alongside our clinical work.

This is always optional and guided by your interest. Our work remains rooted in therapy, with these tools used as an additional layer of reflection and exploration.

My Approach

No matter what you’re going through, we’ll work to understand the different parts of you with compassion and curiosity. Rather than trying to fix or push anything away, we’ll create space for deeper understanding and change to happen naturally. Over time, this helps you feel more calm, self-trusting, and aligned.

Meaningful Insight

Together, we slow down and look at what’s happening beneath the surface of your experience. As you build a clearer understanding of yourself, you may notice more space, choice, and ease in how you respond to your thoughts and emotions. This awareness becomes the foundation for meaningful change.

Lasting impact

Our work isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about creating meaningful, sustainable change. As you develop a different relationship with yourself, you’ll notice shifts in how you think, feel, and show up in your life and relationships. The goal is for therapy to support you long after our work together ends.
