Support Available

  • Psychotherapy

1:1 psychotherapy tailored to you and your needs. This approach seeks to understand you as a whole person, not just an issue or diagnosis. Together, we will practice grounding & relaxing activities to help you regulate your emotions and feel more in charge of your feelings.

  • Couples & Pre-Marital Counseling

Counseling that helps both you and your partner feel seen, heard, and understood, which fosters a deeper connection and a safe space to explore your feelings. Rooted in proven, research-based IFS, Gottman Method, and somatic techniques.

  • Trauma/IFS Therapy

Using evidence-based Internal Family Systems (IFS), you will learn how to gently approach traumatic experiences (“big T” and “little t” trauma) by fostering compassion, curiosity, and calmness to not only process your emotions, but heal from them in the safest, most supportive way possible.
