How I Can Help

  • Anxiety Therapy

Anxiety can show up as constant worry, overthinking, feeling on edge, or struggling to relax even when things seem “fine.” In therapy, we’ll work together to understand what’s driving your anxiety and build tools to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control of your emotions.

  • Relationship Problems

Relationship problems can show up as ongoing conflict, feeling disconnected, difficulty trusting, or repeating the same painful dynamics over and over. In individual therapy, we’ll work together to understand what’s happening beneath these struggles and help you build healthier, more secure ways of relating—both with others and with yourself.

  • Trauma/IFS Therapy

Trauma can affect how you feel, relate, and cope—often showing up as anxiety, emotional reactivity, shutdown, or ongoing relationship problems. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to help you gently understand and heal the parts of you that learned to survive difficult experiences, so you can feel safer, more grounded, and more at ease in your life and relationships.

About Robyn

I’m Robyn Olsen, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering IFS-informed psychotherapy for adults navigating anxiety, relationship problems, and trauma. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed by their emotions or stuck in the same relational struggles, and are looking for a deeper understanding of themselves and a way forward that feels gentler and more sustainable.

I’m IFS Level 1 trained through the Internal Family Systems Institute (IFSI), a gentle, non-pathologizing approach that helps you understand and heal the parts of you that developed in response to difficult experiences. I also integrate somatic and mindfulness-based practices—such as grounding and tapping—to support nervous system regulation and emotional safety.

I strive to offer an affirming, inclusive space and am LGBTQ+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

If you’re curious about working together, I’d be glad to connect and talk about your goals to see if we’re a good fit.
